Arthur J. Gallagher, one of the largest global insurance brokers, has today been announced as the official insurance broker for Restaurant & Catering Australia (R&CA), the national association representing the interests of 35,000 restaurants, cafes and caterers in Australia.

The 2013-2014 R&CA Benchmarking Report indicated that approximately 4 – 7 percent of overall business costs were attributed to insurance (property, other business insurance and workers compensation).
