Seed Freedom Food Festival

Saturday 27 September – Australia’s first ‘Seed Freedom Food Festival’ is a festival that celebrates, informs and inspires South Australia about organic, local food and growing your own, as well as the worldwide need to save free heritage seed.

Conscious ‘seedizens’! At the festival you will discover organic gardening and seed saving workshops (for both children and adults), delicious organic food stalls, seed displays, seed saving and creating a Seed Mandala as well as information stalls, and a big food swap and seed swap. Listen to inspiring speakers.

The Seed Freedom Food Festival aims to build community and encourage biodiversity.

You will find all the tools and resources you could need for how, and why, to grow your own organic produce, support local, and save seeds.
